About Me

I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having trained at the well known Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, under the tutelige of Terence Watts, Chairman of the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and author of a number of books. I have also undertaken specialist training in a number of fields with Gerald Kein of Omni Hypnosis.

My approach uses a blend of hypnotherapy, NLP and film metaphor therapy to help my clients achieve the change they seek to allow them to feel more satisfied with their lives.

I also run a number of workshops in self hypnosis, NLP and Marketing for Complementary Practitioners both in Essex and London.
